Keep in mind that WARM UP and COOL DOWN is essential! A quick 5-10 minutes walk or light jog can be very helpful on the front end and or back end of the workout!

7 Skaters (Each Side)
6 Back Lunge with a Bicep Curl
5 Squat Jumps
4 Curtsy Lunge (Each Side)
3 Bicep Curl to Overhead Press
2 Burpee Push-up
1 60 Second Forearm Plank
*Recovery is also very important post-exercise! Walking, hydrating, proper fueling and water therapy such as a hot Epsom salt bath can do wonders!
