Steps to end your week with some fantastic rituals to nourish the soul! Dedicate some time to un-wind from the day with some of these lifestyle practices!

  • Water therapy! Whether you are a bath or shower fan; having some time to yourself with detoxing the skin by dry-brushing or exfoliating the skin, hydrate the skin with some of your favorite products, play some good music, light a candle or incense and decompress!

  • Read! Carve out 10-15 minutes to read something that inspires you.

  • Journal - do a good mind-dump before bed; this is a great practice if you struggle with racing thoughts during the night.

  • Breath-work - a quick meditation or breath-work practice to get into a sympathetic state is ideal before bed

  • Stretch or yoga - even just 1 -2 poses for a few minutes can help to work out any kinks in the body and mind

  • Bedtime routine - Try to get into a good consistent sleep schedule, keep the room cool (ideal is below 68 F) earplugs, a fan or sound machine to drown out any noise, turn off notifications on your device or even better keep electronics out of the room!
