Reset Tips
Here’s three simple tips to help you reset if you went overboard the last few days:
1. Hydrate - try to drink half your body weight in oz of water throughout the day. You can add electrolyte powder to make it a bit more powerful.
2. Use food as medicine - don’t shy away from food but make good choices. High quality protein. Good, fiber, slow burning carbs. Fruits and veggies.
3. Sweat it out! If you feel like hitting it heavy at the gym, feel free. But if you’re running low on energy, aim to get outside for a walk or a lower intensity session at the gym – this can do wonders!
