There is a lot to consider when it comes to your fitness routine. Some things to focus on:

  • Workouts need to be challenging and efficient. Less is more when it comes to exercise. Intensity and effort is important instead of duration. Think a hard 20-30 minute workout compared to a 60 minute workout that you are dragging through. Give it your all and with good form!

  • There isn’t a quick fix. It will be the consistency and finding a form of movement that you can stick to.

  • Focus on resistance training. Add in bodyweight, bands, free-weights and machines into your fitness routine for a sculpted lean physique.

  • Push yourself out of your comfort zone once in a while. Real changes happen with challenge and change involved in your normal routine.

Here are some different workout routines you can try!

LOWER BODY: 5 sets of 15 reps

  • Dumbbell goblet squat

  • Dumbbell split squat

  • Leg Press

  • Dumbbell RDL

UPPER BODY: 5 sets of 10 reps

  • Assisted pull up

  • Assisted dip

  • Cable row

  • Dumbbell shoulder press

COMBO 5 sets of 12 reps

  • Cable bicep curl

  • Kettlebell single arm row

  • Bench press

  • Leg press

  • Walking lunge

  • Standing calf raise
