There is a lot to consider when it comes to your fitness routine. Some things to focus on:
Workouts need to be challenging and efficient. Less is more when it comes to exercise. Intensity and effort is important instead of duration. Think a hard 20-30 minute workout compared to a 60 minute workout that you are dragging through. Give it your all and with good form!
There isn’t a quick fix. It will be the consistency and finding a form of movement that you can stick to.
Focus on resistance training. Add in bodyweight, bands, free-weights and machines into your fitness routine for a sculpted lean physique.
Push yourself out of your comfort zone once in a while. Real changes happen with challenge and change involved in your normal routine.
